7th Day in SG

Saturday was Ajisen Ramen day!!! Followed by shopping at Bugis. I love bugis village, my favourite shopping hideout. U will always find alot of cheap bargains here.

I was craving for Ajisen ramen all the time when in Sweden. We were at the Bugis Junction outlet. The waiter who took our order was showing us attitude man... I checked his nametag, and his name is Christopher. He didn't speak a word and just stand there and stare at us. After we gave him our orders he just walked away like that. He never even open his mouth to speak a word at all lor! Wah got gold inside arh! And on a sidenote, he looked gay.

I will always order this: Miso spicy ramen. But this outlet gives very little bak chor leh.

Gw tried the octopus ramen (more expensive than mine), but the octopus was chopped into super tiny bits! He complained he couldn't taste anything at all. So, please don't order this when u are there.

The new shopping center beside Bugis Village, quite happening.

Dinner was BBQ at Changi with GW's family. The charcoal was burning well, everything was fine until we got caught in a sudden rain. It came without a warning, and we grabbed whatever we could and dashed full speed to the nearest pavillion shelter. Everyone looks happy despite the rain :)

When the rain stopped, we changed plans and moved to Ivan's place to continue the BBQ-ing. It was a wise choice. It started pouring again like 15 minutes later.

I stuffed myself silly that night. There's alot of haoliao and variety. Big prawns, 500g giant sotong, lamb ribs, beef, otah... Handmade kuehs, douhua, durian puffs, stuffed daopok... Too many to list, and i can't remember all also.
