The juicy BIG APPLE

Woohoo I heart NYC!

New York City is a shopping heaven and we walked till our legs couldn't carry us anymore. Shagged like mad. They have the biggest Macys store, F21 and Victoria Secret! We were indoors shopping our hearts out all the time so not much pictures here.

P/S: Warning: Be ready to get bombard by my zilian pictures.

This picture was taken along the streets of Soho.

Explored Chinatown and we found Aijisen Ramen!

He ordered Unagi don

After our ramen lunch, we cabbed to South Seaport for pictures.

NYC is mad hot! For one moment, we missed Sweden's weather.

The Brooklyn bridge.

Then we cabbed again to century 21 for shopping.
I'm so happy to find my 'David & Goliath' tees from here, very cheap like 16.80 usd each.

Then we took the Staten Island ferry to see the statue of Liberty from a nearer distance. It's free!
Hmm, didn't know the real statue is so mini size... I always thought it's alot bigger from the TV.

A zoom-in shot with our new tamron lens

There's plenty of seats inside the ferry.
Everyone's outside braving the strong winds and taking pictures of the Liberty.

Didn't manage to snap a good picture with the real statue of liberty so just make do with the fake one inside battery park. Same lah.

Back to Chinatown to meet up with Alvin & Sherin for dinner at Ping Restaurant.

I'm wearing my new Polo Ralph dress.
Teehee.

We cabbed to Times Square to find the place cordoned off by the NYPD.
Boring!

And they are evacuating people away from Times Square due to a suspected bomb threat.

Snapped a few pictures so we don't waste our cab fare.

I know how to sing that supercalifragilisticexpialidocious song ok!

Next morning we had breakfast at the Congee Restaurant. It's situated along Canal's Street.

Their congee is nice leh.
But they very "kiam siap" with the  "liao" inside the congee.

Youtiao goes so well with congee :)

We didn't wanna walk so we cabbed to the empire state building, remember the KING KONG building?

Loads of hersheys and reeses inside

Then we crossed over to M&Ms store opposite.

Mix and match your favourite M&M milk chocolate from these colourful dispensers

They have all sorts of cool M&Ms stuff in the store.

M&M tie so cuteeee..

I bought this, how can you resist this right?

Walk to Central park

Mountain people mountain sea...

Snacking on my leftover pizza from lunch.

Grabbed a pinkberry and hopped over to eat Korean food next door.

Beef Bibimbap

Found our way to Times Square once again.

Hard rock cafe NYC.
Rwaaaaaak on!!!!

Shared a jumbo combo.

Hardrock cafe museum.

No ice skating rink at the Rockafella.
Yeah, we went during the wrong season.

Alvin jio-ed us to eat at this Malaysian restaurant at Chinatown.
They have ice kachang.

Sherin's finally done with her rebonding, her hair is so straight and chio now!
Helped herself with a bowl of watercress soup.

Black hokkien mee

Last meal in NYC and we had to go catch the night flight back home.

Heading to the airport via the subway in our chui state.
 Goodbye NYC for now.
