Our second visit to London. It rained every single day during our stay and we had to buy a very small pair but freaking expensive umbrella to survive the weather. It's around 3pm and dark outside when we touched down at Heathrow airport. Quickly tubed our way to our hotel and on a side note, it's pretty pathetic lugging baggages while making our way in the crowd when it's RAINING.
Leicester Square aka Chinatown, the place we go for our meals
We randomly chose a restaurant in Chinatown, shared half a roast duck, XO sauce pork, and GW warmed himself up with a bowl of winter melon soup. The food is superb and I will recommend this place. I forgot what is the restaurant name but i remember it's right beside a Asian stall with green signage called See-Woo. Try to find it if you are interested.
It was late at night and all shops were already closed. Abit sad cuz I was dying to go to Primark. Then we found a mini arcade along Oxford Street and GW was super duper happy to see his favourite VIRTUAL STRIKER.
P/S: there's no arcade in Karlskrona, I wonder where the kids hang out when they skip school
Lunch reservations at Gordon Ramsey's Maze restaurant. Wanted to go for Murano if not Claridges, but they were fully booked :( Anyway, our reservation was at 12 noon, and we were snapping pictures like some swakoo tourists while waiting to be seated at the lounge area. The ambience is not bad, i will rate 7/10. But the service is super impressive so 11/10.
The tasting menu.. i rate 7/10.
Don't get trick by these food pictures, they actually came in very small portions.

our " Hello Ma, we are at Gordon Ramsey's restuarant!!!" pictures
Took a picture of The Selfridges while walking to Primark. And when I got there, it's like a war place packed with people and it's so hard to shop. See already want to faint. Pack your 百花油 if you are planning to head there. It will come in handy or better still, it might save a life.
We found quite a few good bargains and both our shopping at Primark sum up to 45 pounds.
Walked over to Chinatown for supper. And we were singing and humming songs from the musical while eating. It just got stucked in us.
The place is quite happening with christmas themed amusement rides, christmas market stalls, christmas lightings & a open air ice skating rink. We wandered around aimlessly and duno how we ended up inside Harrods which was terribly packed and we had to leave the place. Metro-ed to Chinatown and stocked up loads of snacks for our 2010 countdown in the hotel room. :)
It's new year's eve day and we went to check out TKTS for tickets to Phantom of the Opera. But they didn't have it, too bad for GW. And I'm wearing my £5 shoes from Primark.
