The quest to eat liu sha bao

It was a busy day at the restaurant, waited for a long time for our food to be serve.

THIS SOUP IS AWESOME! Highly recommended. $7 per bowl.
But I forgot what it's called (something something bao tang?).
Need to ask Aunt Lydia again.

See the flowy salted egg molten lava?  Eat it while it's hot for that extra oomph.
Couldn't bear to waste a drop on the plate, unless you want to see me lick the plate clean!
