I Love Hong Kong - Day 1

Touched down HongKong airport as per scheduled and took the Airport Express ride to HongKong station without much trouble. Had a good feeling about the trip until we got lost after exiting from the MTR.

According to the map, the hotel is about 400m away from the MTR station. The city map we had was too large scale and didn't have the small streets in it and we can't find our way to the hotel. Gave up and flagged down a cab in the middle of the road but was asked to get down cuz he didn't know the place! Kwa Kwa... Asked around for directions and eventually found it after walking up and down for an hour. SO TIRED AND HUNGRY ALREADY CAN!!! ROAR!!!!!!

Dying to check in and freshen up!!!

First place we went was the Avenue of Stars.
Snapped a few pictures and decided to come back for the night harbour view and laser show.
We left the place after we bought our Disneyland tickets from the nearby kiosk.

The peak tram is about 10 minutes walk from our hotel

Photobucket
Didn't bring our tripod stand so all our attempts to self take FAIL!

Photobucket
YAY! I'm going up up up!!!!

Photobucket
Many many people visiting the peak. We paid the tickets with octopus card, scan and go.
One way is HKD28 and the return trip costs HKD12.
We tramed both ways so that makes it HKD40 per person.

Managed to get good seats :)
