Great news!! I finally break free from that killer taiwanese drama series and leading a normal life now. So I shall continue to blog on the next destination of our Europe trip holiday.
We spent half of the day doing white water rafting in the mountains of Austria, Tyrol. So we didn't have much time left to explore the rest of the city. Talking about white water rafting, it was totally awesome! And if we could turn back time, we would have gotten ourselves a waterproof camera for the trip. Because it costs 8euros to buy a photo from the photo booth!
we took the smaller boat for 8 pax, the bigger ones can take up to 12 pax
We posed for this one at the begining of the rafting. As u can see, I'm the only female in this boat so i was excused from carrying the raft and other heavy duty stuff. HAHAHAHA!!! The ah pek in blue helmet is the trainer, and he wanted us to all get into the water. All the guys do somersaults and jumped into the water but I cannot pull that stunt lah I will break my back. I slowly lower my legs down first to test water temperature and slowly jumped in. Wah lau! SUPER FREEZING COLD. It's like you will get stunned for a few seconds before you remember to move your limps to swim.
This photo was taken unknowingly at one of the rapids. Don't know what kind of camera they are using because it's so super clear that it can capture every drop of water splashed against your face. And also the trainer taught us to do some balancing tricks, like everyone standing on the edges of the raft using only our paddles to keep our balance. This is like super difficult and everyone will fall front and back. But I like the second one, whereby all of us gather at the front tip of the raft. Then we hold on to the green rope (see picture) and bend backwards as much as possible. This caused the other end of the raft to lift up like wind surfing. So cool but GW said he could make the raft capsize because he didn't used his entire body weight to bend backwards.
Frozen after rafting, and we all took a shot to warm ourselves
