Enjoyed our 3-tier English afternoon tea at the lobby of Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at Changi Airport Terminal 3.
There's also a selection of Dilmah Tea, Coffee and Mocktails to choose from.
The food was above my expectation but it took 30minutes for our set to be served.
So do be prepared for some waiting.
