Shuwen tried a new xiaolongbao recipe & I ate a dozen.

Mix 400g of all purpose flour, 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp oil with a pair of chopsticks to form a dough.



Knead the dough for at least 10minutes and wrap it tightly with a plastic wrap.
Set it aside for 30minutes.



Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough then cut out pieces of xiaolongbao skin with the help of a round cutter.



Add meat filling and try to mould it to look like a xiaolongbao as best as you can



Steam for 10minutes



Xiaolongbao for dinner!!!

This time nvr waste food, I ate them all!
