see properly it's macaron, not macaroni!!!

3 housewives were making macarons at my place. Seline was the heroine who provided all the instructions and ingredients so we can satisfy our sweet tooth :)




in case u have no idea, macarons look like this. It's a dessert from France






u need to sieve grounded almond, so there will be no clumps on ur macaron shell







Sherin: YES! I'm very hardworking, see the way i sieved the grounded almonds!

u need egg whites






mix everything together and whisk it at full blast turbo!!!! HOHO!!

Seline: Aiyo, very sian leh... how long more to whisk this bloody thing? If only i have that automatic whisking machine, i could have used the time to eat my lunch, take a shower, watch desperate housewives & walk the dog...








Add in colouring of your choice... easy... GREEN!

fill the piping bag and squeeze your macarons on the baking sheet. Seline's made her macarons nice and round :)




This is sherin's macaron, they are so ugly and i couldn't stop laughing!




But mine was worse, turned out like shit. Didn't know it was so difficult. next time don't anyhow laugh at people ok!

bake at 160 degrees, for 15 mins



cool them before u coat the filling


and ta-da! Our macaron looks as good as the one on the recipe book! Sweet Success!
