Ahhh.. even the air smells so fresh now

We are expecting a special visitor from Singapore tomorrow!


So today, we did a thorough spring cleaning for our apartment. Bought a foldable bed and mattress from IKEA, vacuumed and mopped floor, cleared my laundry, clean xiaohua's sai in her cage, took out the rubbish. My bathroom is now spotless and the toilet bowl can blind your eyes. And in order to maintain the cleanliness of the toilet, I forbid GW from doing "big business" in it. (Haha, no lah.. I'm not that extreme.)


Oh ya! And GW tidied up the mess on his study table. So glad he did it cause I've been nagging him to clean up those junk for a million years already. I'm delighted to see my house in such spick and span condition but i wonder how long it can last.

On a side note, we went to practise pool secretly. Hopefully we can level up and not be so chiu like before. We can't even hit a straight ball into the pocket... yes we are really that chui.

what's happening in the house today

I had lunch with aunty sherin, aunty seline, aunty aizhen & baby anders at cafe 1344. It's been a while and Anders do look alittle different now with his new double eyelids.


Well, I don't have any photos outside because i cannot find my camera anywhere. It's not on my desk, not on the coffee table, not on the bed... and I'm late already! ARGHHH!!! I'm never good at finding stuff or remembering where I last put them. And GW is always the one who help me recover my lost items.


I don't know how he did it, but he found the camera in less than a minute.

Our dinner was BBQ chicken wings.

Just chuck all into the oven and wait for 25minutes. No hassle at all!

and fried wantons (mincepork going to expire soon, have to clear them fast)



Ta-dah!! These are magnets from our europe trips and of course I hope there are more to come!

I love looking at them and recalling all the funny stuff that happened during our trips.

Hello, I can cook prawn mee now!!! *beaming with pride*

Shuwen taught me how to cook prawn mee soup yesterday (& horfun & char kway teow). And by soaking the prawn shells and porkribs in the soup overnight makes it taste so heavenly on the second day.

Let's TRAMP!

The weather was good in the afternoon, so we went for some trampboating session at Dragsso and it's 60kr per hour. Thanks sherin for taking so many photos of me despite of high sea state.

Any idea why is it call a trampboat? Because we have to tramp on it to move?

The seats were flooded with water and though we managed to sweep off the water, they were still wet. We didn't bring extra shorts and cannot afford to wet our bottoms. So we sat on our life jackets.

We were full of energy and paddling fast here.

I'm like almost throwing up here.
I get motion sickness during ferry rides to Bintan and Batam. So this is very normal for me.

Trampboating is a fun workout! And you can also race the ducks if you want.

And it comes with a deck good enough for sunbathing :)
