TCC dinner again!

His hazelnut latte and crayfish bisque.

GW became a TCC member during our last visit (need to spend $88 to join) and he's entitled to 50% off the final bill on his birthday month. So here we are back to TCC again, this time at their Shaw Tower outlet. The food is super good. 

We both had pastas.

The lighting in the cafe is great for photo taking :)

The colours turn out really pretty.

And ended our meal with sinful cakes.

The 50% discount is really shiok, paid around $50 for this hearty meal.

The birthday cake

Dear's 33rd birthday cake cutting session at home.

My all time favourite Strawberry shortcake from FourLeaves. 

GW's favourite is Kaya pandan (bengawan solo) but he's so sweet to give in to my choice though it's his birthday. Elliot insists to set up his toy cake and put it beside the real cake.

The students were allowed to put on party wear on their last school day. 

Bought some mini danish for their year end party.

The kids destroyed my last line of defence (the security gate) and broke into the kitchen.

A visit to Changi airport after church

Need to spend $30 at the airport for Elliot to have a go at Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bouncy castle at T3. And we had Sakae sushi for lunch! It was Leah's first time having Japanese food. She  loves the tamago and chawanmushi (mixed with rice). Poor daddy cannot eat in peace.

We took the sky train to T3 for the bouncy castle but was told there's a height requirement of 1 metre and Elliot needs another 5-6 cm to enter and it's the saddest day of his life. He was really excited and talking non stop about it but turned out he's not eligible! Took a few photos and left.

The giant Mickey and Minnie figurine at T2 and chilling at Starbucks before heading home for tonight's family dinner at House of Seafood. It's also the saddest day of my life because my hair doesn't have the mad chio curls anymore. :(

Hope the curls will last this time

Went back to the salon to redo the curls. 

Sat through hours of digital perm until my butt cramp ok.

Oh and I'm loving the look so so so much :) 

Secretly thinks I'm mad chio like korean actress.

Dear's birthday dinner at TCC by the bay

The food is surprisingly nice!

We ordered scallop appetiser, seafood aglio olio, turkey roll w cranberry sauce, and some hazelnut dessert that came with the festive set.

Not forgetting my favourite Yuzu drink (never fails me) and his coffee fix.

We had the window seat but it was too dark out there to enjoy the sea view.

 Shall we revisit this place again for lunch?

Went for a little stroll at labrador park after that, the place where he proposed to me back in 2007.

You don't look any bit like 33 years old to me, must maintain ok... Hahahhaa!!

He was charged at student price the other day when we dined at swensens. 

The staff gave him the discount without even asking. 賺到!!

Cycling at Punggol Waterway

Been raining for the past week and couldn't bring the kids out for cycling until today. Happy kids and I pity my poor legs. Must be the lack of exercise. Haiz.

My curls that couldn't last for a day

Bought a groupon voucher for hair cut, colour and treatment. When I was there, the hair stylist told me they are having 50% discount for digital perm this month. Wow, make me so tempted because I'm so sick of my straight and limpy hair so I topped up $$$ to get my hair permed too!

Tadah, look at my new curls!!!

But my beautiful curls didn't last long. On the second day, I woke up with WAVY hair and true enough on the third day, it look like it was never permed before. Dang! Called the salon and the nice hair stylist offered to redo the perms for me. But GW prefers me with straight hair. 

ARGHH!! Should I go back and get my curls fixed or not?
