Leah's birthday dinner celebration at Jypsy

Happy birthday muimui!
We did an early celebration for you because papa will be away on your birthday month. We had dinner at Jypsy, with a beautiful view of the MBS but their Japanese fusion food was mediocre.

You love visiting my blog sometimes to read and learn about your younger self, our travels, our staycays, the birthday parties, and all the fun times we had together. This was also one of the reasons that motivates me to continue this blog.

I always tell you that you are the best girl I could ever get, and you would smile and explained that all parents will think their children are the best because they love them so much. You are an independent, brave, kind and generous little girl who loves your family fiercely.

Oh, and did I mention your sense of humour is out of this world? I always call you a sampat, but in my heart I was like "Yeah! Don't you ever stop being sampat." You would do silly dances with your kiwi head mask, and your laughs were deafening. I love your confidence, and your willing heart to serve God when you shared with me you volunteered to help do filming for Sunday School e-learning videos. I thought you'll have stage fright but it was all easy breezy for you.

The other day, Ah Ma randomly asked you how would you like to celebrate your birthday at home.  You simply requested for your favourite chicken curry and asked her not to spend too much $ (不要花这么多钱) on your birthday. Ah Ma was beaming with pride when she told me the story, and said you really 长大了。

If I could give you one thing in life, I would give you the ability to see yourself  through my eyes. Only then you will realise how special you are to me.
