Made a very last minute booking at Changi Village hotel and brought the kids along to check in first while GW was still at work.
The first thing they did when I opened our hotel room door, DIVE INTO THE BIG COSY BED!
No time to lose, quickly change into swim gear and head to the rooftop pool
Thankfully, the rain stopped just in time for us to enjoy the pool.
And we had the whole pool for ourselves woohoo!!

They were competing to see who gets the most flowers, yup there were lots of them floating around.

And we walked to Changi Hawker for satay.

Dinner at Astons because they complained of hunger again. Ordered a set for them to share.
Feeling nostalgic and got them some popping candy.
So happy we managed to add R2D2 and Chewbacca rollingz to our collection.
The next morning, the kids woke up looking like angels and asked for one last swim while daddy was working out at the gym.
I was so reluctant [I want to sleep for a while more *insert cry emoji*] but they were so looking forward to it and I really didn't want to disappoint them.
This girl cried when we returned the keycards and headed back to our car. She couldn't deal with the fact that the staycay is over.
Ate at this Bruce Lee dimsum place across the hotel.
Ordered some usual dim sum fare like siewmai, hargow, charsiewbao, 排骨 and 凤爪

Verdict: Everything boh hoh chiak one.
No wonder the place is so empty.
