The union of crab and lobster dinner buffet at spice brassiere, Park Royal at Kitchener Rd. The crowd was overwhelming when we got there at 6pm and there was a crazy queue forming to get into the restaurant.
Most of the buffet items are lobsters and crabs dishes. Didn't really take much photos of the spread because 很多人 but to be honest I'm not too impressed with their buffet line. Lobster wellington was too salty for my liking.
Station 1: Mentaiko lobster
There are 3 live stations serving lobsters and crabs dishes. The chefs didnt have a minute to rest because there's simply too many people!!! And to be fair, they allow 1 serving per person each time.
Station 2: Lobster noodles!
Must try! The lobster broth is to die for.
Station 2: Pumpkin crab
I LOVE THIS!!! The pumpkin soup was cook to perfection and served boiling hot.
Oh! Do remember to grab some toast for dipping. I tell you, it's super addictive.
Station 3: Steam live lobster with Chinese wine.
This is our favourite lobster dish and we queued countless times for it.
Their Dessert table set up and variety wasn't fanciful much but who cares, we are here for the lobsters lol!!!
