Yeah... Finally accomplished my first kueh salat after Rozi's mum taught me like 6 mths ago when I'm still back in Singapore!!Thanks aunty for the recipe and also extra tips like covering the wok cover with cloth to prevent water from dripping into the custard during the steaming process. Mine didn't taste as nice as yours, but it is good enough for my standard lah. Will try to make this again and distribute to my dear neighbours :) HOHOHO... hopefully i will remember to add salt this time.
