Fixed up the play tent for Elliot and he was so happy to be in there. By the way, our stroller has been tested and proven to be sturdy enough to support an adult.

Leah dropped all her sandcastle tools and ran to me at full speed when she saw me taking out the strawberries from the bag. You cannot hide food from her, nothing can escape her eyes. Scary girl sia.

Elliot: Japanese food makes MISO happy!

A special holiday treat for Elliot.

We brought him out without the sister and he had all our attention for the day. He chose his OOTD and also told us he wanted to eat the frog for lunch. We were like... simi frog??!! We then figured out he meant Sakae sushi when he showed us the frog logo on their signboard.

Had hotpot and Sakae ju. 

Brought him to visit a pasar malam and he wanted to buy the ironman mask. 

He couldn't resist wearing it the whole time at the mall. Boys will be boys.

Fulfilling his long time request to watch Shaun the sheep movie. Very thankful to ah siang gugu who helped to babysit the troublesome sister toddler. Yup she can be quite a handful at times (Actually I meant all the time). Oh and the bak kut teh dinner she cooked for us was awesome!!!

Extreme room makeover (special edition)

The cousins went to help our beloved Aunt Julia dismantle the old drawers and a double decker bed. I love how we were so spontaneous and took up the task without hesitation. Elliot wanted some involvement too. He turned up in his yellow helmet (safety first) and brought just the right tools for the job. 

Then it's a new coat of paint for the room.

A sweet and pretty lilac colour.

Elliot did his fair share of painting too.

Leah was napping and woke up just in time to see the brand new room with our Aunt Julia.

We went to Ikea for 50 cents ice cream after that.

Happy 7th wedding anniversary to us!

Instead of the usual 穿美美 and go eat some nice dinner like the previous years, we treated ourselves to a 3 hour karaoke session!!! Miss singing KTV so much! 

Went to KBOX and ate their lunch buffet. 

Shiok shiok. I sing he eat, he eat I sing. 

Can sing and not worry about looking ugly.

Yah I tend to look very ugly when I hit the high notes. (GW say one)

3 hours passed but still not enough.

Shared a burger and a muddy mud pie at Coffee Club.

And the day ended with Chappie the movie!!

Had a great day partor-ing with my love.

With you around, everyday is like anniversary to me.
