Library and Dinner!

A trip to the library to return the books which were due, and of course borrow new ones to take home.

Lets talk about feelings

A great tip from Aunt Lydia to help Elliot expand his vocabulary. It comes in handy especially he's begining to write compo. We kickstarted the project with the theme, Feelings. Elliot was more than happy to draw the emojis on the mahjong paper. He will bank in whenever he comes across a new word that describes similar emotions to happy/angry/sad/scared through his readings. Check out the words he had learned thus far.

Elliot: Last paper down today!

Elliot just took his last CA2 paper for this term. Promised him a day of play and zero work, as a reward for surviving the past 4 days of intensive Math drills. Work hard and play hard, my boy. Enjoy the fruits of your labour!

Children's church Sunday

Both dressed in Disney outfits to church today as the Children's Ministry is hosting a Disney gift shop event for the little ones. 

Had so much fun singing, playing games and taking polaroids with Baymax and Minion. 

They were given tokens to "buy" items too.

 真的是满载而归啊!

Elliot exchanged his tokens for a paw patrol watch. Oh, and we bumped into Liz yiyi at church too! 

Off to Suntec for lunch!

Afternoon tea at Marche.

Pretty tasty but most importantly, they have a tree house playground to keep our kids busy and away from us.
