IT'S SATURDAY!!! 

And as usual you find us hanging out at Kalmar, eating sushi from our favourite restaurant and combing through the same old stores. Oh yah! When I was shopping alone at Karlskrona centrum the other day, I found this sailor blazer at Jensens and I fell in love with it immediately cuz I've always wanted to have one blazer like this and the best part... *drum roll* There's a letter 'C' sewn on the little chest pocket. Yeah 'C' for CINDY!

I checked the blazer and gaped, openmouthed at the pricetag.

IT'S ON SALE AND SELLING AT ONLY 20KR.  

WHAT A STEAL!!!

I was giggling like mad inside as I rummaged my pouch for a 20kr bill at the cashier counter because:-

1) The original price was 499kr. (Siao one!)

2) I reckon Jensens sells only ah ma ah ma clothings and I never bother or even want to step inside to browse for anything unless I'm really bored and had to kill time. And today seems to be the right day to be bored!

3) I picked up a 20kr bill on the streets so this blazer is absolutely FREE!

Okay i sidetracked too much, let's go back to Kalmar.

 

A light burger king meal before we drive back to Karlskrona and GW actually packed his own chilli sauce to go with his king wings. BEST LAH!

Life-saver. Enough said.

ivy's birthday dinner at michelangelo

The girls planned a dinner gathering at Restaurant Michelangelo to celebrate Ivy's (secret age) birthday.

And we obliged to the birthday girl's request for "Sex and the City" dresscode theme at her party. She wanted to do Samantha so here's us trying our super very best to pull off as Miranda and Carrie.

But i think Shuwen look more like a Korean star. Do you agree?

 We had a nice long table for seven :)

Totally worth the time dolling up. See... So pretty pretty!

 A picture of all of us, taken by the kind waitress. I love it when we all get to dress up chio chio together and have a gathering outside and let the husbands take care of the kids at home.

My maincourse was Honeybrushed roasted duck breast with Cherrysauce.

The skin was crispy and the breast meat wasn't tough at all. Super awesome and good portion too :)

The Cassatt parfait icecream with cloudberry jam was alittle too sour to my liking...

Would love to try their pannacotta next time!

We went to vaxjo today and got our visas extended.

My Poland trip is confirm now, let's call for a celebration!

malmo foodie weekend

Our 2nd year as husband & wife

 Yes!!! We are celebrating our 2nd annivesary in Malmo this year :)

We booked a hotel room at the centrum area and had all the time in the world to enjoy our romantic weekend.

Checked in and messing around

Looking forward to shop like mad and my romantic dinner afterwards.

 Dinner was at Årstiderna, the same place we went to celebrate my birthday last year.

 I was glad that we made reservations cuz the restaurant was fully booked for the night.

Maincourse: Veal wrapped in pancetta. The food was excellent as usual, I'm happy :)

 Satisfied diners.

We will be back for more dinners for sure.
